Ingredients: 1 cup vegan whipped cream (we used cocowhip) ¾ cup silken tofu 1 tsp Midori Spring Hojicha Powder + more to garnish ½ cup hot water 2 vegan cookies (we used store bought)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add your vegan whipped cream and silken tofu. Fold the tofu into the whipped cream until combined. Once ready, set aside in the freezer to keep chilled.
Brew your Hojicha in a bowl using hot water.
Place one vegan cookie in the Hojicha and let socal for 5 seconds. Remove and place in a serving glass.
Start filling your glass halfway and repeat step 3 with the remaining cookie. Fill your glass to the brim with your remaining whipped cream mixture.

My favorite hojicha brand, I always buy from Amazon but they were out of stock there. Super loyal to this blend of hojicha, it’s nutty and creamy and has toasty caramel notes. Delicious in a latte or Hojicha-affogato, will repurchase again, and again, and again.
