Unsatisfied customers can request a new product or refund within 30 days by sending us an email explaining the issue, at email@example.com. Purchases that surpass 30 days cannot qualify for full refund to avoid fraudulent activity.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to multiple refund requests (2 items or more) to avoid fraudulent activity. Once the first return guarantee is claimed, it is defined that the product does not suit your needs. If subsequent orders are placed, this will not qualify for a refund.
You may return ALL new, unopened, or items damaged during shipping within 30 days of delivery for a full refund NO Questions ASKED. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the shipment is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

USPS and UPS Standard Flat Rate: For all USA orders below $45, we ship via USPS standard or UPS, $3.99.

Note not all products are available internationally at any given moment. Our website displays products that are in stock in the US. In the case that your order is not available in your country, we will contact you to notify you and/or refund your order due to unavailability. Duties and Taxes
Our warehouse in Canada, UK, and Germany carry a portion of our inventory and will ship to their respect countries without additional duties or taxes. However, in the case we must ship an order from the US, the customers are responsible for their individual countries duties and tax charges. We will try to contact and notify you of your shipment in these situations prior to dispatching.
