Ingredients & Instructions:
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 1 egg
- 10g custard powder vanilla
- 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 20g rice flakes / melting flakes
- 1 teaspoon organic Matcha green tea powder
- Sprinkle some cinnamon
- Few drops of vanilla
- Shot of milk
- 20g cranberry jam
- Just whisk everything, put in a silicone mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees topping with the cranberry jam after 20 minutes.
Ingredients & Instructions (Original, in German):
- 200g Magerquark
- 1 Ei
- 10g Puddingpulver Vanille
- 1/2 Tl Backpulver
- 20g Reisflocken/Schmelzflocken
- 1 flacher Tl Matcha (zum Testen von (zum Testen von @midorispring)
- Prise Zimt
- Flavdrops Vanille
- Schuss Milch
- 20g Preiselbeermarmelade
- Einfach alles verquirlen, in eine 12er Silikonform geben und 40 Minuten bei 180 Grad backen nach 20 Minuten mit der Preiselbeermarmelade toppen.
