Midori Spring MATCHA CHIA w/ SOY WHIP CREAM Recipe

Loving this healthy, beautiful, and delicious chia pudding. 

Ingredients & Instructions:

Recipe for two servings:

  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 350 ml water
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 150 ml soy whip
  • pomegranate seeds
  • 4 physalis cut in slices
  • 2 slices star fruit
  • Place the matcha powder into a bowl, add the water and whisk with a bamboo whisk.
  • Put the chia seeds into the matcha tea, add the agave syrup and stir until all seeds are covered with the tea. Let it rest for about an hour.
  • Prepare the soy whip with a hand mixer. Whip until it's stiff.
  • Put the chia pudding in glasses, place the physalis tight onto the glass, fill up the glasses with soy whip and decorate them with the pomegranate seeds and the star fruit slices. Ready!
