- 1/2 c unsweetened cashew or almond milk
- 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese (1% is also fine and will change fat and carb amounts slightly)
- 1/4 c 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 Tbs Gentle Sweet, Pyure Organic Stevia,Truvia, or equivalent sweetener of choice
- Pinch or two of Mineral Salt or sea salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Gluccie (optional)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp peppermint extract or one or two drops of pure [Peppermint Essential Oil|
- 1 - 2 cups ice
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend well.
- Adjust sweetness if desired.
