Midori Spring CREAMY MINT MATCHA SHAKE Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese (1% is also fine and will change fat and carb amounts slightly)
  • 1/4 c 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 Tbs Gentle Sweet, Pyure Organic Stevia,Truvia, or equivalent sweetener of choice
  • Pinch or two of Mineral Salt or sea salt
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Gluccie (optional)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp peppermint extract or one or two drops of pure [Peppermint Essential Oil|
  • 1 - 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Adjust sweetness if desired.
