I love this hojicha powder! It is a fine powder, so it doesn't need to be sifted. It also has some hints of chocolate flavor profiles when I make it into a latte. The hojicha powder comes in the cutest tin as well; I'm excited to reuse it in the future.

I’ve tried so many other matcha brands and this one officially ticks all the boxes — high quality, creamy & delicious, AFFORDABLE! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried yet.

This is my family’s favorite matcha. During the time Midori Spring was out of stock, we tried a couple other brands that were quite inferior. They did not blend well and the flavor was much weaker. I needed to use more to get the same intensity, which was very cost prohibitive. Also it needed to be refrothed before even being able to finish the latte due to the settling. Needless to say, I will have to make every effort to keep Midori Springs Emerald Matcha stocked in my pantry to avoid this in the future. One of my favorite ways to drink my matcha lattes is with fruit infusions, the one pictures is with tart cherry. So delicious! I don’t know that I would have fallen in love with matcha like I have if it weren’t for this quality product. The emerald is just perfect! Thank you Midori Spring!

This has become my daily matcha for lattes! I think it pairs well with oatmilk and for the price, you can’t beat it! Color is great as well.

The Hojicha powder is not powdery and blends well. It smells like chocolate with subtle grassiness. Taste will really depend on the ratio of powder and milk that you use. Overall a decent choice of Hojicha powder.

I recently discovered Hojicha latte and tried several different brands and this one tasted the best. I rarely drink coffee anymore but prefer Hojicha instead. It has a smooth, rich , nutty, chocolate like flavor I really enjoy with milk.

I’m fairly new to matcha but once I tasted Midori Gold matcha, I can’t go back to drinking lower quality matcha anymore. I like my matcha with oat milk. The matcha is bright green, has no bitterness and tastes sweet. I love it so much I have a subscription for auto refills.

I have been drinking this matcha for over 6 months now and it’s been my go to every morning. If I don’t have time to make it in the morning, I have to make it in the afternoon. I’ve tried other matcha’s but I keep wanting this brand.
