I have at least one or two matchas every morning. Having the tea be organic and 3rd party tested is incredibly important to me, since I want to avoid pesticides and heavy metals. Based on lots of online research and comparisons this seems to be the best quality for the price. I also love that there's an easy subscription service so I can have ample supply delivered to my door each month.

This is absolutely the BEST matcha I have ever tried. A local coffee shop recently went out of business and we were so sad…because their matcha lattes were exceptional. Luckily, we knew one of the baristas. This person told us that they used matcha from Midori Springs.

I love this hojicha powder! It is a fine powder, so it doesn't need to be sifted. It also has some hints of chocolate flavor profiles when I make it into a latte. The hojicha powder comes in the cutest tin as well; I'm excited to reuse it in the future.
