Midori Spring VEGAN MATCHA PANCAKE Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1 cup plant milk (I find soy works best)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp maple
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of organic culinary matcha powder

Instructions:

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Add wet to dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Preheat medium size pan over medium heat with coconut oil or non-stick spray. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes on one side. Flip and cook additional 1-2 minutes.
