- 1 cup wholewheat flour
- 1 cup plant milk (I find soy works best)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp maple
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of organic culinary matcha powder
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Add wet to dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Preheat medium size pan over medium heat with coconut oil or non-stick spray. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes on one side. Flip and cook additional 1-2 minutes.
