We are crazy about this recipe! It's full of protein and nutrients. Great way to start the day.

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk

• 1 apple

• 1 frozen banana

• 1/4 of an avocado

• 2 large rainbow chard leaves (or kale, collards or 2 large handfuls of spinach)

• 2 tsp organic matcha green tea powder

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions:

• Blend till smooth
