The official start of Summer is here in less than one week, so let's kick off with a refreshing Tropical Matcha Smoothie by Amy Katz of Veggies Save the Day.

Ingredients and Instructions:

- 1 tsp of Midori Spring Organic Culinary Matcha

- 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk

- 1 frozen banana

- 1 cup frozen pineapple

- 1 cup frozen mango

- drizzle some agave in Vitamix (or blender)
