Ingredients & Instructions:

  • Blend together 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder (@midorispring), and stevia to taste.
  • Then stir in 3 tbsp of chia seeds.
  • Allow these mixtures to sit in the fridge overnight top as pleased and enjoy!
