Midori Spring MATCHA PROTEIN WAFFLES Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 50g of plain greek yogurt
  • 90g of banana
  • 1/4 cup of egg whites
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1tsp of Midori Spring organic culinary matcha powder

Instructions:

  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Mix and blend all ingredients.
  • Pour mix onto waffle iron, cook until golden brown. 
  • Add desired fruit and toppings.
