- 1/4 cup of oats
- 50g of plain greek yogurt
- 90g of banana
- 1/4 cup of egg whites
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1tsp of Midori Spring organic culinary matcha powder
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Mix and blend all ingredients.
- Pour mix onto waffle iron, cook until golden brown.
- Add desired fruit and toppings.
