We are always a fan of energy bites!
- 2 Tablespoon matcha powder
- 1/4 Pint+ 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 Cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 Pint almonds
- 1/4 Pint cashews
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 Pint vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup almond milk
- Add nuts and seeds to a food processor or blender until a flour forms.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in no particular order until a dough forms.
- Roll into tablespoon sized balls (makes 18-20).
- Store in fridge or freezer.
