Midori Spring MATCHA BALLS Recipe

We are always a fan of energy bites!

Ingredients:

  • Tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 Pint+ 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 Cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 Pint almonds
  • 1/4 Pint cashews
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/4 Pint vanilla protein powder
  • Tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 Cup almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Add nuts and seeds to a food processor or blender until a flour forms.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in no particular order until a dough forms.
  3. Roll into tablespoon sized balls (makes 18-20).
  4. Store in fridge or freezer.
