Midori Spring MATCHA BARS (NO BAKE) Recipe

Ingredients & Instructions:

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded organic coconut 
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp culinary matcha powder (I used @midorispring )
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (leave out for vegan)
  • pinch of sea salt 
  • 1/3 cup melted organic coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp raw honey 
  • 1 ripe banana 

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process till a sticky mass forms. Should not be crumbly, if it is, add more honey. Press into a baking pan, size depends on the thickness you want. I used a bread pan! Store in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
