Midori Spring MATCHA BANANA PORRIDGE Recipe

Ingredients & Instructions:

  • 50g of fine oatmeal
  • 15g vanilla whey
  • 75g banana
  • 400ml of water
  • 4g organic matcha powder
  • Hint of vanilla extract
  • 10g chia, pumpkin seed, goij muesli mix

Oatmeal and whey boil with 300ml of water over medium heat. Then mix the  matcha powder with the remaining water and add as soon as it begins to simmer. Simmer until it has the desired consistency. Then add banana, sweeten and add muesli mix on top.
