We LOVE smoothies, especially with lots of vegetables. Here's a great recipe by Dee.
- 1 cup water
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 small green apple (cored)
- 1 tsp Midori Spring organic matcha
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
Toss into your blender and blend until smooth!
