Midori Spring SUPERFOOD MATCHA CHIA PUDDING Recipe

We love a good matcha chia pudding - thanks Rachel!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk 
  • 1 tsp agave nectar (optional) 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tsp Midori Spring matcha powder 
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds 
  • Toppings: banana, blueberries, goji berries, coconut flakes, and one of my favs granola bites! 

Instructions:

  • Blend the almond milk, agave, vanilla, and matcha together in blender till smooth. Pour liquid over chia seeds and stir thoroughly- stir again every few mins for next 15 mins. Allow the pudding to sit for at least an hour (or overnight) in the fridge!
