We can't get enough of these waffles! Great source of energy and protein. Thank you for sharing Lara. And check out her homemade blueberry compote.
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- small handful spinach
- 1tbsp Lifes Basics plant protein
- 1tsp Midori Spring culinary grade green tea powder
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
Preheat waffle iron. Blend all ingredients in bullet. Throw in waffle pan til ya hear the beep.
