The Grower and Region
Matcha Miru comes straight from Mori-machi farm, a place known for its top-notch teas that delight taste buds around the world. This special matcha, made from Yabukita cultivar leaves that get a good 20 to 25 days of shade before being picked in the spring, really carries the spirit of its origin.
Roasting Master Sakuya works magic on it, carefully using high heat to balance out the astringency, leaving us with a refreshingly balanced cup. This careful roasting brings forward a rich UMAMI flavor and a surprisingly milky sweet aftertaste, making this a real treat for both long-time matcha lovers and newcomers. It's our little nod to the tradition and taste of Mori-machi, served up in every cup.
