If the product is not quite to your liking or something went wrong with your order, please let us know within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at info@midorispring.com. We’ll confirm your order, then provide you instructions to return your product to us, new, used, or damaged. Once we receive it, we’ll provide you with a 100% refund or replacement of your choice. Purchases that surpass 30 days may not qualify for full refund to avoid fraudulent activity. However, if you there were extenous circuumstaces, let us know and we can help any way we can.

Our Guarantee does not apply to multiple refund requests (2 items or more) to avoid fraudulent activity. Once the first return guarantee is claimed, it is defined that the product does not suit your needs. If subsequent orders are placed, this will not qualify for a refund.
