I’ve been a long time drinker of Midori Spring’s emerald matcha and just purchased this on a whim. I absolutely adore it. The smell is a bit overwhelming at first, but made into a nice latte, it has intense notes of caramel and a soothing, grounding effect. Plan to be a long time drinker of this as well.

This is hands down my favorite matcha and is a bang for your buck. I just make mine in an automatic frother every morning and one bag lasts 2-3 months. The color is a vibrant green; the powder has a fragrant smell and not bitter at all, and is comparable to other ceremonial matcha I’ve tried in the past for a lot cheaper.

Super strong and fresh tasting matcha. I did a test against the matcha I was using regularly before, and the difference blew me away. I'm only a beginner with matcha, and I'll definitely be ordering more varieties from this shop in the future.

Very lovely sipping matcha! Great for drinking on its own—no sugar or milk necessary, in my opinion. Lovely vibrant green color too. This will be my new special occasion matcha. It would be lovely for a daily tea if you have a huge matcha budget hehe

Fantastic culinary matcha. I think this is the most complex tasting budget matcha I’ve tried so far! It has a rich flavor with a subtle toastiness, reminiscent of toasted rice tea, not too roasty. And the matcha flavor comes through very well, even in lattes and baked goods! It takes a lot to drown out this matcha, so you don’t have to use a ton just to taste anything. I definitely recommend this one to discerning frequent tea drinkers on a budget! It’s going to be my new daily matcha now. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this matcha. I previously used to always get the Jade Leaf Ceremonial Grade and the Matchaeologist Meiko brands, but they got pricey overtime so I wanted to try Midori Spring out. It os the same quality as some of these more expensive brands, and this will be my new everyday matcha because it is so affordable!! The color is great too, such a bright green. Will be buying again

Delicious and roasted.

I make matcha lattes daily, which has caused us to burn through many hand brothers over the past 20 years. Some have been quite pricey. This, however, is a powerful frother that performs so well - whether you like your lattes very dry (a lot of froth) or not.

I make two lattes daily and the charge lasts about a month. The odd time it has lost power when I need it, I give it a quick charge (enough to finish my latte) and then put it back for a full charge.

I searched a long time for a good matcha for my daily lattes. I tried many along the way. Midori Spring Emerald was smooth-tasting and the best value of those I tried.

I just took my first sip of Midori Spring Emerald and am blown away by the quality, taste, and umami of this matcha (and this isn't even their "top of the line" product!). This stuff is fantastic.
